Yes. Confidentiality is explained clearly at the beginning, including the limited situations where a counsellor is legally or ethically required to act for safety.

Parent or caregiver involvement is tailored to the young person's age, consent, clinical needs, and treatment goals. The counsellor will establish clear expectations at the outset.

Virtual sessions are available across British Columbia when remote counselling is clinically appropriate for the young person.
